For Parents

Paintkin encourages children to color slowly with a finger or stylus. It does not fill an entire area with one tap. Every stroke is recorded locally for replay and story exports.

A gallery for each child

Parents can create multiple local child profiles. Drafts and artwork remain separate for each child and are organized by age, date, stroke count, and drawing time. Nicknames, avatars, and optional birth months stay on the current device or browser.

Parent checks

Sharing, deletion, purchases, and restoring purchases require a parent check. This reduces accidental actions by young children but is not a substitute for legal parental consent where one is required.

Replay stories include clean, growth, and celebration templates. The clean template excludes a nickname, age, and exact date by default. A parent must actively select growth information or a nickname for each export.

Healthy use

We recommend that parents accompany young children and schedule breaks appropriate to the child's age, attention, and screen-use needs.
