Paintkin Privacy Policy

Paintkin is designed for children ages 2–5 and their parents. We follow a data-minimization approach.

Stored on your device

Child profiles (nickname, avatar, profile color, and an optional birth month), coloring artwork, stroke coordinates and timing, and drafts are stored locally on the current device or browser by default. They are not uploaded automatically. Uninstalling the app, clearing browser data, or changing devices may remove this content.

Information we do not collect

Paintkin does not require a child account and does not send child profiles, artwork, birthdays, email addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, or advertising identifiers to a developer server. The app contains no chat, public gallery, third-party advertising, or third-party analytics SDK.

Sharing

Sharing is available only after a parent check. When a parent actively chooses to share, Paintkin creates an artwork image, GIF, or MP4 locally and opens the system share sheet. The default clean template excludes the child's nickname, age, and exact date. A parent may choose a growth template and decide whether to include a nickname for that export. Paintkin does not upload artwork automatically.

Purchases

Content purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Paintkin receives only the entitlement result and does not receive or store payment-card details.
